Fortunately for me, Shannon and Kim had several cool places that were special to them as a couple. I had to check all of them out and my favorite was the Contemporary Art Museum in Cincinnati, Ohio. The artwork shown in the middle image below is by Shepard Fairey. Having beautiful light in a amazing location with such a fun couple is an automatic awesome day for me!!

I am posting more images than I normally would, but I couldn’t resist! These two are amazing! We had a beautiful fall day for our shoot and we shot until the sun went down. I love that the horses came over for a visit as we started to shoot in their field. They checked out my camera bag like they were working for TSA.

I love Chicago. I love Chicago. I love Chicago. I have always wanted to shoot an engagement session there and it finally happened last weekend. Not only did I get to eat some amazing food while I was there, but I got to spend the entire evening trying new ideas and breaking in Sheila’s high heels. I want to thank my good friend Joanna for driving us all around and helping me carry a few things! I also want to thank Sheila and Dave for being so flexible! I look forward to your wedding in October!

We really only had one day to choose from to schedule Nicole and Brian’s engagement session and it turned out to be the right day! The weather was beautiful and I loved the clothes they brought. Thanks so much for letting me change locations at the last second! More to come!!

Catherine & Steve’s Engagement Session

Anyone who knows Catherine and Steve know that they are the best of friends. They have similar tastes in a variety of things…even when it comes to cars! The entire session was in Cincinnati so we could visit all of their favorite places from the front porch to the park.
