If you are wondering how to create a certain look that you have seen on my website, let’s do a workshop together! I am Elizabeth O’Neill, but everyone calls me Libby. I have been shooting for over 14 years and have been formally educated in graphic arts and photography. I love walking the line between between shooting portrait and fashion/advertising images… basically lifestyle photography. I have had the opportunity to take workshops and be mentored by Melissa Rodwell, Audrey Woulard, Melissa Koehler and Sean and Mel McLellan of McLellan Style and have learned so much from them. Understanding how to make a great a image has been a constant inspiration for me, and is something that I would like to share. I would love to help you as I have been helped! For that reason I am offering a couple of different options for those of you who are ready to grow in your photography skills and/or make it more than a hobby.
If you love photography and are tired of hoping for a decent image and ready to MAKE a great image-you might be ready to sign up for a Photography Camp. Photography camps are for beginners and run for three different days from 9am-2pm each day. We will discuss your camera’s features, exposing (what is ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and white balance), and composition, then go on a mini-shoot. I will then take one of your images and show you how I process it in Photoshop. Click on the links above to see more information about Photography Camps.
Maybe you have good habits but you need help getting to the next level–you might be ready to schedule a Mentoring Workshop(5-6 hours). This workshop is tailored to you by spending one-on-one time on the areas you select. Possible areas to cover include your camera’s features, exposing (what is ISO, aperture, shutter speed, and white balance), composition, lighting (available or flash), off-camera flash, posing, Photoshop, Lightroom®, starting a business, a portfolio review, or go on a mini-shoot. I am more than happy to share what my images look like out of camera, my processing, or help determine if you are having camera/lens issue. Click on the links above to see more information about the mentoring workshop.
